Transportation out of Boston
Through the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, you are to take a train out of Boston if you took an Amtrak or any other transportation to Boston (as that is a large stop for my Transportation Companies)
For getting in and around Boston we recommend using uber or another similar pickup service, this is a much more common use of transportation. We do recommend however this would not be the best option for driving very far.
Transportation around the US
Greyhound Buses has one of the biggest bus routes and would serve as great transportation for any clinics in western mass or any clinics in MA
If you're coming from far a flight may be your best choice. So I recommend that you plug in Logan Airport and catch a safe flight.
